HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost depends on the value of the dispute. The costs below are shared by both parties and can be invoiced separately.

£5000 or less	£250 up to 2 hours and £100 per hour thereafter if required
£5000 to £15000	£500 up to 3 hours and £125 per hour thereafter if required
£15000 to £50000	£750 up to 4 hours and £150 per hour thereafter if required

Other disputes of a general nature i.e family are in the first band above

If you are able to get legal aid you maybe able to claim some mediation costs.
